Methodology and limits
Current openings had to remain active, belong to an active tracked company, and have been re-seen on the employer source within 72 hours. State is resolved from location text. The frozen seniority rows are a title-word audit, not an actual leadership measure. The frozen pay count and $125,000 midpoint are also legacy extraction outputs: one-sided structured values could be made to look complete and description matches were not independently confirmed. The live market requires grounded evidence and never estimates missing pay. This snapshot does not measure applicant volume, hiring outcomes, employer quality, or the total US labor market. One snapshot cannot establish month-over-month direction.
