Why hidden resume text is a bad bet - especially when it targets AI

Hidden keywords and prompt-injection instructions create different risks, but neither has a universal outcome. The durable approach is a visible, truthful resume you can defend.

Core Features

Jobs - Browse source-linked jobs and companies, ranked against your resume when the evidence supports it.
Optimizer - Strengthens your real experience for a specific role, shows every change and its reason, and rejects anything your resume does not support. Cover letters are built from the same facts.
Extension - Fills supported application fields and attaches the right resume, then stops so you review and submit.
Tracker - Keeps each application, interview, follow-up, and outcome connected.
Encrypted Data Vault - AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-account isolation. Hosted on Supabase (SOC 2 Type II). Your data is never sold.

Pricing

Free - 3 tailored applications a week. Everything else is included: the job board, daily job-match emails, the tracker, Pathos chat, autofill with AI answers, and voice practice. A tailored application is one optimizer run, a resume and its cover letter. No credit card.
UNTETHERED ($30/month, $10/week, or $80 every 3 months) - unlimited tailored applications.

Why Pathos

A chatbot writes one draft. A spreadsheet tracks but never writes. An ATS scanner gives you a number with no context. Pathos is the system in between: it extracts what each role actually filters for, optimizes truthfully without fabricated metrics, tracks every outcome, and learns what works for you.
